Telecaller Sales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Nutrition & Fitness
Location: Amravati (Work From Office)
Shift Timing: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Night Shift – Fixed & Mandatory)
Qualification: MBA in Marketing preferred OR Any Graduate / Post Graduate (BTech, BE, BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, ME, MCom, MSc, MA – all streams accepted)

About the Role
We are looking for confident and talented tele sales professionals who can handle inbound/outbound calls, convert leads into customers, and manage client communication. No field visits required — this is a complete office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle warm leads provided by the company
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain services and the WHW Diet program clearly and confidently
• Understand customer goals and recommend a suitable plan
• Maintain follow-ups with leads until closure
• Convert leads into confirmed sales
• Maintain call history and CRM updates after every call
• Prepare and share daily sales reports with the Team Lead
• Coordinate with the follow-up team after client onboarding

Skills & Requirements

• MBA in Marketing preferred OR Any Graduate / Post Graduate (BTech, BE, BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, ME, MCom, MSc, MA – all streams accepted)
• 1–3 years of tele sales / BPO / inside sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Confident, polite and target-oriented personality
• Ability to make 80–120 calls per day
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM / WhatsApp communication)
• Must be willing to work fixed night shift (3:30 PM – 12:30 AM)
