Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream). Good communication skills in Bengali , Hindi , and English . Basic computer knowledge (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior experience in telesales or customer service is a bonus.
