Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee attendance management, leave management, payroll processing, and admin activities to maintain accurate records and timely updates.
Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Ensure factory hr operations are running smoothly by managing recruitment processes, employee relations, training programs, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with plant management to resolve industrial relations issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
