Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis, using performance data, field feedback, and
gap assessments
to identify skill deficiencies across sales team.
Design and develop structured curriculam, e-learning modules, simulations, and role-plays focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and retail execution.
Deliver hands-on training and facilitation in field environments, including live coaching during client interactions and merchandising exercises .
Designed and developed training materials for new employees in the organization.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness and performance metricsincluding sales growth, conversion rates, sell-through and campaign ROI and report actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and Distributor team to align with market campaigns, route-to-market strategies, promotional execution, and brand messaging.

Trained newly hired PSR s to fill key positions and maximize productivity.
One-on-One feedback to PSRs on regular basis after conducting role plays.
