Job Summary
Support the full-cycle recruitment process for domestic roles from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding partnering closely with hiring managers to find, attract, and hire high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Post openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain interview pipelines.
Assist with reference checks, background verification, and general onboarding tasks.
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline) and report regularly.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring timely communications throughout.
