Urgent Opening For Business development Manager (Recruitment) for an Recruitment firm based at Goregaon

1 Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities, tracking progress and managing

multiple opportunities simultaneously.

2 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

3 Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions to drive revenue growth.

4 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.

5 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.

6 Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and resolving issues.

7 Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Increased Net Revenue 5%

quarter growth to 26% per quarter in span of 6 months and have been consistent with an average of 19%

8 Conduct regular business reviews to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

9 Lead the acquisition process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting meetings and
