Job Description

Should have 2-3 years of experience in hardware and software support. Must have good communication skills, both spoken and written. Provide initial technical support, including assistance with incident troubleshooting in a timely manner, and coordinate issue resolution with IT staff, vendors, and customers. Handle application and hardware trouble tickets in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Take ownership of managing the IT assets. Knowledge of the BMC Remedy ticket tool is an added advantage.
