What will you drive?

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Retail Associates, ensuring performance targets are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
Dealer Onboarding: Manage dealer onboarding, guiding the team to identify and engage potential partners through social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Lead Generation & Appointment Scheduling: Oversee the lead generation process and ensure efficient customer appointment bookings through social media outreach.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and customers, fostering continued collaboration.
Deal Closure: Supervise post-inspection activities, including lead allocation, communication, price negotiations, and deal closures.
Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet daily an
d monthly targets, focusing on lead conversion and performance-based incentives.
