Job Description

We are Hiring for the leading Insurance Company for Bancassurance channel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve the sales target for the assigned bank branches
  • Sales Support
  • Support the CRO in his sales effort, accompanying on client calls if required etc.
  • Relationship Management
  • Lead Generation

Key performance indicators

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
  • Arranging training programs for bank staff on products and selling skills
  • Increasing productivity of bank branch

Graduation mandatory

Location: Openings available in all dist. of Kerala

CTC- up to 4.5LPA +inc +rem
