Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership:

Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the companys business goals.
Lead the HR function in driving a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Organizational Development and Change Management:

Design and lead organizational development initiatives that align with the companys strategic objectives.
Facilitate the development of a high-performing leadership team, providing coaching and mentoring to executives.

Employee Relations and Culture:

Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive, inclusive work environment.
Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to senior leaders.

HR Policy and Compliance:

Ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on employment law matters.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Prepare and present reports to the executive team on HR performance, including key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.
Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
