Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager/ Manager Enterprise Sales (New Business

Development) with min 3+ years of experience in IT hardware sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to

generate new business, build relationships with enterprise clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic

hardware solution selling. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and procurement

processes.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and close new enterprise customers to meet and exceed sales targets.

Enterprise/ Corporate Sales experience with IT Hardware background.

Solution-Based Selling: Understand customer requirements and offer tailored IT hardware solutions including

Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Scanners, servers, storage, networking equipment, end-user devices, etc.

Sales Planning & Execution: Create strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and verticals within the

enterprise segment. Build and maintain a robust pipeline through research, networking, referrals, and outbound

initiatives. Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, IT managers, procurement heads, and CXOs.

Client Needs Analysis: Understand client business challenges and position company solutions as strategic answers

to their needs.

Sales Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to

enterprise stakeholders.

Negotiation & Deal Closure: Drive complex negotiations with decision-makers and influencers to close high-value

deals.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to

align on customer acquisition strategy and post-sale onboarding.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify

new opportunities.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular updates to

leadership.

What you offer us: Ability to

  • 4+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a focus on new business development
  • Enterprise/ Corporate Sales experience with IT Hardware background.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
  • excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
