Role & responsibilities

Market Research Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telephonic and email-based surveys to collect accurate real estate data across multiple cities.
Maintain up-to-date and error-free data for the assigned city.
Gather and verify detailed information about upcoming and ongoing real estate projects.
Develop expertise in both primary and secondary research methods related to real estate.
Support the execution of client surveys in targeted cities.
Ensure timely submission of data and reports to designated stakeholders.
Track and analyze market trends, policy changes, and other developments in the real estate sector.
Utilize online sources (e.g., registration websites, Google search) to extract and validate property-related information.
Update internal systems with new and verified data regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Real Estate, Business, Economics, or similar).
Communication:
Strong fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
Ability to conduct efficient online research.

Personal Attributes:

Detail-oriented and accurate in data collection.
Self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
Analytical thinking and a good understanding of real estate dynamics.
