to drive growth in MICE, / Corporates.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with
clients, MICE Agents, and corporate businesses

Identify new business opportunities and
expand market presence

Lead
negotiations, contracts, and proposals
for high-value events and bookings.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead.
Achieve and exceed
sales targets and revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
5 to 10 years
of experience in
MICE / Corporate Sales / Hospitality Sales
.
Strong
negotiation, communication, and relationship-building
skills.
Proven track record in
meeting and exceeding revenue targets
.
Ability to
work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
.
Bachelor's degree in
Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
