The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group is one of the leading privately owned domestic hotel brand in India, engaged in the business of operating and managing hotels, palaces and resorts, with a focus on the luxury segment. At present, the Group operates 12 luxury hotels, palaces and resorts under The LaLiT brand and two midmarket segment hotels under The LaLiT Traveller brand across Indias key business and leisure travel destinations.
We are inviting applications for the following position:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing and driving the sales efforts across South India for all Units.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plan, leading and mentoring sales team and achieving revenue targets to maximize profitability and market share.
Builds and strengthens accounts with existing and new customers, industry organizations and brand network to enable future bookings.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales teams and other department.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/ (MBA)
Proven Experience in a senior sales role with 17+ years of working experience.
Skills: Strong Leadership skills, negotiating and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Willingness to travel within the cluster.
