Job Description

Travel Trade Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and wholesale partners.
  • Drive sales through the travel trade channel by promoting hotel offerings and packages.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the travel trade network across domestic and international markets.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the travel trade segment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with reservations and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in travel trade sales, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong network within the travel trade community,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
