Job Description

Identifying new business development opportunities in domestic markets. Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Lusha, Hub Sport, UpLead, Cold calling & Cold emailing etc. ) Relationship management with existing and potential clients. Understanding and analysing business & technical requirements from clients Quality checking of company's sales processes. Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues. Networking to gain potential leads. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and sales knowledge development Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings and updated sales funnel. Required Skill- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills. Must have deep understanding of marketing principles. Must be self-motivated and a good team player. Must have strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development, and sales knowledge development
