Performance Marketing Executive / Manager

Performance Marketing professional

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms.
Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Manage and allocate campaign budgets efficiently.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Track conversions and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and GTM.
