Urgent Hiring for Marketing & Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing and Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
• Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.).
• Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors when necessary.
• Organize and participate in events such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.

Business Development Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and digital tools.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with prospect and client information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 - 6 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and generating revenue.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
