Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support talent sourcing and mapping through job postings, social media, and internal databases under supervision.
Assist with initial HR screening and shortlisting of candidates as per defined job descriptions and skill requirements.
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and technical/HR panel members, ensuring positive candidate experience.
Maintain tracking and documentation of candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle using management information systems (MIS).
Assist in the offer and onboarding process by following up with candidates and managing pre-joining documentation.
Shortlisting accuracy: At least 70% to 80% match with job criteria.
Candidate screening turnaround time: Same business day.
Interview scheduling turnaround time: Within 24-48 hours of receiving shortlist.
100% daily accuracy in candidate tracker entries (MIS).

Preferred candidate profile

MBA candidate preferred.
Understanding recruitment process and hiring lifecycle.
Basic data management and reporting (MS Excel).
Familiarity with job boards and professional networking platforms.
Ability to learn cement industry role requirements and terminology.
Supporting documentation and onboarding processes.
