Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic professionals for our Travel Voice Process team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a background in travel operations with hands-on experience in invoicing , processing refunds , and handling customer queries over voice channels . Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions over calls related to travel bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes. Process refunds and travel-related invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Resolve client queries, complaints, and escalations with a customer-first approach. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain service levels and quality standards. Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years in a Travel Voice Process role. Skills: Strong communication skills, understanding of GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus. Education: Any graduate or someone with a Travel & Tourism Certification . Proficiency in handling invoicing and refund processes . Should be comfortable with rotational shifts. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
