About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive HR with strong exposure to IT recruitment and end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should be able to handle technical hiring along with payroll, compliance, and employee engagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding (IT Focus)

Manage end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Evaluate technical profiles for roles such as developers, testers, and other IT positions.
Conduct HR interviews, salary discussions, and documentation for selected candidates.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure smooth onboarding experience.

Payroll & Compliance

Collate and verify payroll inputs attendance, leave, deductions, and reimbursements.
Handle PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Professional Tax compliance.
Maintain employee master data and ensure statutory records are updated.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Plan and execute engagement activities and internal communication.
Assist in performance review processes and maintain related data.

HR Operations

Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports.
Handle exit formalities F&F settlements, exit interviews, and experience letters.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MBA / Graduate in HR or related field.
3 to 4 years of HR experience with at least 1 to 2 years in IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of technical hiring, HR operations, and compliance.
Good communication & stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools
