Job description Role & responsibilities To acquire new quality customers and cross sell various products as desired by the Bank from time to time(Current Account, Saving account, insurances, fixed deposits etc. ) To ensure accurate, timely and error free processing of customer service requests To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary. Meet the budgeted financial targets - every quarter. To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers Preferred candidate profile Should have Banking Experience. Should have strong communication skills Should have Banking Sales Experience. Should be okay with moving to the field and selling bank's Products.
