Job Description

Role & responsibilities

CRM operations support for Super Sales and Zoho CRM, including user assistance,
ticket logging, and basic data updates under guidance.
Sales reporting and MIS preparation in Excel/Tableau with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness, as directed by senior analysts.
Data hygiene and governance support, ensuring master data, customer details, and transaction records are updated correctly in CRM and aligned with SAP.
Sales funnel visibility and coordination with regional sales teams for collecting data, updating leads, and monitoring basic funnel stages.
Learning and adoption of CRM, analytics tools, and cement industry sales processes through structured training, self-learning, and shadowing of seniors.

Preferred candidate profile

MS Excel (data cleaning, pivots, basic charts), basic PowerPoint for presenting sales reports.
Ability to learn and operate Super Sales, Zoho CRM, and SAP front-end for data checks with training support.
Basic analytical thinking for trend identification, variance checks, and simple funnel/volume analysis.
Interest in CRM, sales analytics, and digital tools relevant to cement sales and channel management.
