About the Role :

As an Executive - Business Development, you will play a critical role in supporting the hotel portfolio by managing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring accuracy in processes, and enabling seamless partner experiences. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires strong coordination, analytical thinking, and the ability to work efficiently behind the scenes to drive business outcomes.

About the Team:

Our Business Development Operations team consists of skilled professionals experienced in backend processes, data management, partner coordination, and operational excellence.

We work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth execution of initiatives, resolve bottlenecks, and support strategic goals.

You Are Responsible For :

• Supporting hotel partners and BD managers by handling backend operational tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintaining updated partner information, contract details, rate sheets, and property configurations in internal systems.
• Assisting in the resolution of operational issues related to hotel portfolios by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Tracking partner performance metrics and supporting BD managers with data, reports, and insights.
• Ensuring timely execution of updates, new property activations, and changes requested by hotel partners.
• Coordinating documentation, maintaining SLAs, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
• Providing backend support for ongoing projects, initiatives, and product feature rollouts.
