Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. To achieve the annual targets allocated for the year as per ASP 2. To plan the monthly targets into account wise, track them and ensure that the accounts are billed as per the plan. 3. To increase the numeric distribution of all the brands as per the market plan 4. Handling tertiary sales and be responsible for collection 5. To ensure that stocks are at optimal levels at all his outlets for all our brands and ensure that there are no stock outs because of non supply 6. To meet up with channel partner once a week and sort out issues if any arising in the market. 7. To address all market grievances and inform his line manager on priority 8. Work closely with the distributor salesman and ensure that they are focused on our brands when they visit the market 9. Ensure visicoolers are pure and are stocked with PAPL products as per planogram 10. Scan every visicooler and be responsible for their physical appearance 11. Merchandise EBPL products for high visibility 12. Merchandise EBPL POSM as per visibility standards
