Urgent Hiring for Banking / BFSI Trainer | Coimbatore

The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality Banking/BFSI training, guiding students, and preparing them for entry-level private banking roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct classroom sessions on Banking & BFSI concepts
Teach topics such as:
Customer handling, KYC & compliance, Liability sales & CASA, Cross-selling fundamentals, Branch operations basics, Professional communication & grooming
Conduct mock interviews, role plays & assessments
Ensure every student understands job expectations clearly
Maintain student discipline, attendance & reporting
Improve training materials and add real-life case examples
Coordinate with academic counselor & HR team for batch updates
Track student performance and provide individual feedback
Prepare students for interviews with banks/NBFCs

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Preferred Profiles:

Ex-Bank Employees (highly preferred)

Branch banking
Liability sales
Customer service
Teller / Operations
Assistant Manager / BRE roles

Experienced BFSI Trainers

Other Suitable Profiles:

Candidates with 2 to 5 years experience in:

Private Banking
NBFC Liability / Customer Handling
CASA / Branch Sales
Retail Banking Operations

Additional Requirements:

Strong communication (Tamil + English)
Good classroom presence & student-handling skills
Passion for teaching and mentoring fresh graduates
Basic computer skills (PPT, Excel, Email)
