Urgent Hiring - CRM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled CRM Consultant with strong experience in Salesforce and/or Creatio to support both presales and implementation functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, client communication, demonstrations, configuration, and endtoend project delivery. This role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical understanding, presentation skills, and a customercentric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

PreSales Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to support presales efforts.
• Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Design highlevel CRM solution architectures using Salesforce or Creatio.
• Deliver product demos, proofofconcepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs tailored to customer needs.
• Assist in effort estimation, project scoping, and pricing inputs for proposals.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, presentation decks, and presales documentation.
• Recommend the most suitable CRM platform (Salesforce vs Creatio) based on client needs and project complexity.
• Provide functional and technical insights during the dealqualification process.

Delivery & Implementation Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document detailed business, functional, and system requirements.
• Configure and customize Salesforce and/or Creatio (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, business automation, workflows, dashboards, lowcode components).
• Lead or support endtoend CRM implementations, from design to deployment.
• Configure workflows, automation rules, validation rules, approval processes, and security models.
• Work closely with development teams on integrations with ERP, accounting, and thirdparty systems using APIs or middleware.
• Prepare functional design documents, use cases, solution documentation, and user guides.
• Conduct user training sessions and support UAT, golive, and postimplementation stabilization.
• Provide ongoing support and suggest enhancements based on business needs.
