The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience as a CRM consultant with a successful track record of implementing CRM solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Prior experience in Zoho CRM will be considered an added advantage. As a Zoho CRM Implementation Consultant, your responsibilities will include interacting with customers to understand their business processes, preparing a solution plan to meet their needs, configuring and customizing the Zoho suite of applications to map customers" business processes, managing customer expectations to ensure project success, conducting personalized user training, and creating walk-through videos.
