Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep expertise in CRM platforms and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions to design, implement, and optimize customer relationship management processes. - Must have 5+ years experience as a CRM Consultant (preferred background: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or ServiceNow CRM) - Minimum 2+ years CPQ project experience - Strong experience in configuring: - Product catalog - SKUs, bundling, product relationships - Pricing, price lists, and CPQ business rules - Proficient in creating user stories, design documents, FDD, and other project documentation - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements - Conduct data analysis to identify customer behavior and trends - Provide training and support to CRM users across departments If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.,
