Key Responsibilities

Quality System Implementation

• Develop & implement

  Project Quality Plans, ITPs, checklists & method statements

• Drive QMS adoption with contractors, consultants & site teams
• Align quality expectations with

  design, execution & client standards

Monitoring, Inspections & Audits

• Conduct daily audits:

  concrete, waterproofing, plastering, blockwork, HVAC, finishing, MEP

• Review QA/QC documentation:

  test reports, NCRs, CAPA logs

• Manage mock-ups & approvals with consultants and Quality Head

Coordination & Technical Support

• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve site quality issues
• Manage mix design trials, cube testing & field/lab test reports
• Liaise with consultants for

  technical approvals & deviation management

Reviews, Walks & Reporting

• Lead weekly/fortnightly

  quality review meetings

• Conduct

  joint Quality & Safety walks

  in critical work zones
• Present

  monthly MIS dashboards & site quality health reports

Training & Development

• Conduct technical training for engineers & workforce
• Promote

  zero-defect culture

  , checklist discipline & RCA methodology
• Track post-training effectiveness & compliance

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain records of

  inspections, approvals & lab test reports

• Ensure readiness for

  internal / statutory audits

• Archive records aligned with

  ISO / QMS norms

Must-Have Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech – Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

• QA/QC certifications preferred

• 10–16 years experience

  in QA/QC for high-rise projects
• Strong technical command on

  civil, finishing, MEP, HVAC sequencing

• Experience in

  QMS, audits & cross-functional coordination

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  ISO 9001:2015

• Knowledge of

  RCA, CAPA, FMEA

• Experience with

  ERP / Quality management software
