Employment type- Contract N/P- Imm. /15days/30 days/45 days Job Description : o Responsible for the design of the parts of the respective zones w.r.t the project input by the Product Design Engineer /counterpart. o Follow the work description sent by the counterpart. o To have effective communication with (Product Design Engineers) using appropriate tools ( Microsoft TEAMS conferencing, emails or presentations ). o Estimate time required for completion of the assignment & plan for meeting the delivery date with the Product Design Engineer . o To be able to participate in design reviews. o Follow the systems and procedures of CMI, kanban, Checklist, RFT etc o Meet expectations in terms of quality, cost and delivery of projects assigned. o Complete the assignment within the estimated time on or before the decided delivery date. o Ensure regular weekly timesheet punching and approval. o Anticipate the potential issues regarding assembly, tooling, design flaws, etc and intimate the. PDE o Be innovative and propose various design solutions. o To assign the work and mentor the Design Engineers o Ensure maximum usage of templates and macros. o To adhere and respect shift schedule and timings. o To plan leaves in advance with prior intimation to Design and Development Team Leader and Product Design Engineer. o Respond to all training invitations and ensure 100% training attendance for all accepted trainings. o To ensure flexibility and multi-tasking to work in different work groups and projects. o To discuss with the counterparts in case the Product Design Engineer is not present. o To uphold & abide by code of ethics & Management o To ensure folder structure and CAD data management o Ensure regular design reviews with PDE and Team leader AUTHORITY: o To validate the work results of the esign Engineers Performance tracking of Design Engineers ith feedback to Design and Development Team Leader on improvement plan. o Negotiation with counterpart on matters pertaining to delivery date, deliverables and billable hours. The main missions of the role are: Perform engineering assignments as part of design/ project team for various projects assigned, following and applying the systems and standards set by under the guidance of / Product Design Engineer. Uses appropriate software to develop 3D models and drawings that meet engineering specifications. Responsible for assigned zone / parts by PDE Qualifications The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level: Bachelor s Degree /automobile/ production/ polymer engineering Experience : Bachelor s Degree/automobile/ production/ polymer engineering with prior plastic part design experience of minimum 4 - 5 years in CAD Software (CATIA & UG ). Automotive industry background Prior plastic part design experience & tooling knowledge of minimum 4 years in relevant engineering domains (interiors, acoustics etc). Result-oriented team player with strong communication skills in English and or any other foreign language. Skills and competencies Thorough training/knowledge in program specific CAD software. Thorough experience in designing in required domain , i.e. interiors. Good knowledge of CAD Methodology and best practices. Problem solving techniques. Strategic and analytical capabilities.

Needs to have at least 5 years of experience on Oracle Fusion Functional and Technical consulting Must have strong communication skills to deal directly with business and development teams. Must be good at communication, project specific documentation, gathering and client handling skills. Must have very strong SQL skills and ability to write complex SQL Queries. Candidates must be experienced or must have been part of an implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Self Service, Payroll Must have functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Self Service, NA Payroll modules. Must have good knowledge about Security, Approval Workflow for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Payroll modules. Must have experience in implementing/modifying Checklist & Journey and Page Personalization. Must have loaded Core HR, NA Payroll Data in Oracle HCM Cloud Application using HDL & HSDL, must be aware of Data Model for these modules. Should have very sound knowledge on underlying tables involved in the above modules Must be comfortable to handle client Workshops, Unit Testing and creating Functional Design Documents. Functional expertise in other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Compensation, TM, Learn, ORC, Absence, Benefits) will be an added advantage. Should have experience in creating UDT's and hierarchies. Hands-on Knowledge on OIC is a plus. Must be proactive and self-motivated, and not wait for direction. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
