Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, planning of resources deployment and

mobilisation and sharing information to management in real time to clients satisfaction as

per project needs. Shall be responsible for Quality Control of the project.

•Fill the coordination gaps between the departments and management to get the

expectations delivered.

•Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives

•Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

•Make sure that client’s needs are met as projects progresses

•Analyse risks and opportunities for any actions

•Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise with immediate solutions

•Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stake holders

•Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers for timely deliverable

•Use tools to monitor working, plans, and expenditures

•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports as desired by

Management
