Urban Designer / Urban Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage

  urban design and planning projects

  from concept to implementation.
• Prepare

  master plans, zonal plans, and detailed area plans

  aligned with local development regulations.
• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams for project approvals.
• Conduct

  site analysis, land use planning, and urban infrastructure assessments

  .
• Contribute to

  urban renewal, TOD (Transit-Oriented Development), and smart city initiatives

  .
• Prepare and present

  reports, drawings, and planning documentation

  .
• Ensure all design and planning outputs meet statutory and sustainability standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, GIS, SketchUp, Adobe Suite

  , and other planning tools.
• Strong understanding of

  urban design principles, development controls, and regional planning frameworks

  .
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English and

  Telugu

  .
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in

  urban development projects

  ,

  government consultancy assignments

  , or

  Smart City

  projects.
• Knowledge of

  Telangana and Andhra Pradesh urban planning policies

  will be an advantage.
