Upwork Bidder (Team Lead)

Compile Technologies is a fast-growing software development company working with international clients from the USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, and Australia. We specialize in mobile app development (Flutter, React, Native), enterprise solutions, CRM, CMS, process automation software, Salesforce, and Odoo services.

We generate 50%+ of our business from Upwork and want to scale it from $100K/year to $300K/year.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic Upwork Bidding & Business Development Manager with 3+ years of proven Upwork experience to manage and lead our bidding team (3-4 members). You will be responsible for defining strategies, optimizing proposals, selecting high-value projects, mentoring the team, and driving higher conversion rates.

·      3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience with strong track record of closing high-value projects.

·      Experience in managing a team of bidders (minimum 3 members).

·      Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.

·      Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication.

·      Must have worked with international clients (USA, Europe, Middle East, East Asia, Australia).

·      Knowledge of software development services (Mobile, Web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.).

·      Strong analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance.

·      Excellent written and spoken English.
