Unity Game Developer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Unity Game Developer with strong experience in implementing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions into interactive games. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between physical IoT devices and immersive digital experiences, creating engaging gameplay that responds to real-world inputs in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive games using Unity 3D and C#.
• Integrate IoT hardware (sensors, wearables, smart devices) into gameplay mechanics.
• Work with APIs, SDKs, and communication protocols (MQTT, HTTP, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) to connect IoT devices to game environments.
• Implement real-time data streaming from IoT devices to influence in-game events.
• Optimize performance for various platforms including PC, mobile, and VR/AR.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, UX/UI designers, and gameplay designers to ensure seamless IoT-game interactions.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to team members, managers, and clients.
• Test, debug, and refine device-to-game connectivity for a smooth player experience.
• Stay updated on IoT trends, Unity updates, and game development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Unity game development.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming and Unity’s scripting environment.
• Experience in IoT integration with game applications.
• Familiarity with IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, WebSockets, BLE, or REST APIs.
• Understanding of hardware-software integration and real-time data handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
