Unity Game Developer

As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of features and components throughout the game lifecycle. Your role will involve leading product design and coding, collaborating with team members to deliver complex features, and ensuring high standards and timely delivery. Additionally, you will assist in the development process by providing suggestions for improvements and maintaining the quality of code. Furthermore, you will mentor other developers to uphold code quality, product standards, and development processes. Collaboration with art, design, and production teams will be essential to align goals and schedules with business and project requirements. Moreover, you will play a key role in the hiring process for additional team members. Your responsibilities will include planning, designing, and implementing high-quality game features in collaboration with the studio team. You will establish an effective pipeline for strategy and development, create and iterate on prototypes showcasing new designs, and build efficient, reliable, and reusable code. Ensuring optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games will be a critical aspect of your role, along with identifying and resolving process and application bottlenecks promptly. To excel in this role, you should have three or more years of experience in Unity 3D content development, a strong command of the C# object-oriented programming language, and familiarity with game assets such as meshes, animations, and materials. Proficiency in profiling and optimizing game and render performance (both GPU and CPU), understanding the UX design process, and collaborating with UX development teams are essential. Your ability to identify errors, troubleshoot effectively, and drive continuous improvement will be key to success in this position.
