Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for entire back end process of business, New initiative drive, day to day process related issues resolutions, New enhancements and Projects
Engage with internal stakeholders like Risk, Marketing, Finance, COE & IT for smooth functioning of business
Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer/sales team
Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed
Responsible for communications in terms of reports & analysis

Required Qualifications and Experience

Post Graduate in Management from a good institute

2-3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
Capable of interacting with Teams and field members
Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements
Should have excellent communication & analytical s along with strong presentation and data analytics
Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal
High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
