Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Unit Manager - Asset Reconciliation with Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the asset reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and implement effective financial controls to minimize risk and maximize profits.
Conduct audits and reconcile accounts to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
