Job Description

Plant HR: Manage day-to-day HR operations for the plant, ensuring smooth HR processes and policies
Union Management: Handle labor unions and industrial relations to maintain a harmonious workplace
HR Operations: Oversee performance appraisals, promotions, and other HR-related administrative tasks
HR & PR MIS: Manage HR & PR MIS (Management Information Systems) for tracking HR metrics and reporting
Event Management: Organize and manage employee events and other corporate functions
Recruitment: Handle recruitment processes, ensuring the plant is staffed with the right talent
Training & Development: Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory laws, labour laws, and other compliance requirements
Industrial & Employee Relations: Foster positive relations between the management and workforce

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience in Plant HR, Union Management, and HR operations
In-depth understanding of labour laws and contract labor regulations
Ability to build talent pipelines and manage recruitment processes effectively
Risk identification and mitigation to ensure continuous plant operations
