Unit Operations & Process Management

• Oversee daily hospital unit operations, define departmental goals, and design efficient workflows.
• Identify process gaps, implement improvements, and monitor effectiveness.
• Manage staff rosters (daily/weekly/monthly) and handle interdepartmental escalations.
• Maintain escalation logs and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Supervise facility services (housekeeping, security, F&B etc.).
• MIS reports and handle additional operational tasks as needed.

Business & Financial Management

• Own the unit’s P&L drive revenue growth and cost control.
• Set and revise pricing strategies in coordination with leadership.
• Oversee inventory, eliminate wastage, and manage lead follow-ups to optimize revenue.
• Develop and implement business strategies.

Accreditation & Quality Assurance

• Lead implementation of standards for certifications like NABH.
• Conduct training, coordinate documentation, review manuals, and manage audit committees.

Statutory Compliance

• Liaise with authorities for licenses and renewals.
• Ensure display of valid certificates and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures in accordance with statutory requirements.

Experience of independently handling Hospital - IP Unit is mandatory. Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
