Job Title: UKG Consultant / Payroll Configurations Specialist

About the Role

UKG Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain UKG payroll, time, and attendance modules.
Set up pay rules, deduction/earning codes, compliance settings, and workflows.
Collaborate with HR & Finance teams to support payroll operations.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolutions.
Perform testing during system upgrades and new feature rollouts.
Prepare documentation, process flows, and training materials for end users.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in
UKG Pro / Kronos Workforce Dimensions / UKG Ready
.
Strong knowledge of
Payroll processes, Taxation, and Compliance
.
Hands-on experience in
UKG system configurations
(pay rules, accruals, interfaces).
Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into system solutions.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in integration between UKG and third-party systems (HRIS, ERP, Finance).
Exposure to US/Global payroll environments.
Certification in UKG is an added advantage.
