About the Role

UKG Consultant


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain UKG payroll, time, and attendance modules.
  • Set up pay rules, deduction/earning codes, compliance settings, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with HR & Finance teams to support payroll operations.
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Perform testing during system upgrades and new feature rollouts.
  • Prepare documentation, process flows, and training materials for end users.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in

    UKG Pro / Kronos Workforce Dimensions / UKG Ready

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    Payroll processes, Taxation, and Compliance

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    UKG system configurations

    (pay rules, accruals, interfaces).
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into system solutions.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management experience.


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in integration between UKG and third-party systems (HRIS, ERP, Finance).
  • Exposure to US/Global payroll environments.
  • Certification in UKG is an added advantage.
