UK Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a skilled UK Payroll Specialist with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon, Jaipur, and Noida. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll processing, including additions/deductions/statutory payments/pension calculations.

• Manage payroll processing, including additions/deductions/statutory payments/pension calculations.
• Set up and process SSP/SMP/SPP and advance SMP/SPP funding as per client requirements.
• Prepare and submit payroll submissions, such as FPS/EPS/EYU, and handle AE submission and processing pension payments.
• File Auto Exemption and declaration filings to the Pension Regulator and prepare/re-file re-enrolment and re-declaration filings as per pension regulator notices.
• Issue P60s to employees at the end of the year and prepare PAYE reconciliations.
• Handle tax code, underpayment and over-payment, non-filing, and penalty notices received from HMRC.
• Set up CIS and subcontractor in software and prepare/filing CIS drafts.
• Process PAYE/CIS Refund claims at the end of the tax year.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation, preferably in a recruitment industry setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM).
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and procedures, including HMRC, PAYE, and CIS.
• Experience with SSP, SMP, SPP, and other relevant taxes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, with strong organizational and time management skills.
