Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts

• Mandatory to carry a valid Govt. ID proof & a photocopy of the same (Aadhar/PAN)

• Candidates to have registered EPs

• It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive

Job Summary:

Skill : UK Payroll Specialist

Experience: 1 years to 6 years

Job Location: TCS Bengaluru

1 to 6 Years of Experience in UK payroll

Should have experience in Payroll Processing (UK payroll)

Should have end to end experience in processing salary changes and various life cycle of employee pay component.

Sound knowledge of statutory compliances of UK payroll

Should know how to calculate Tax, Pensions

Should be familiar with year start/Year end activities of UK payroll

Should have experience in handling voice and email query of client/Customer/employee

Good working experience in SAP

Good working experience in MS office – Excel, Word, PPT

Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner

Ability to read comprehend and responds to emails

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Would be responsible in processing various payroll inputs from starter to leaver

Would be responsible in doing payroll checks along with other team members.

Would be responsible for processing various requests in relation to pension, leaves and taxes.

Would be responsible in producing various payroll reports for stakeholders.

Would be required to take active role in year start/END activities as well as UAT/UVT as per requirement

Should be a team player and flexible ensuring that SLA/KPI are met
