Key Responsibilities

✅ Register new businesses for PAYE and pension schemes

✅ Process payroll accurately for each pay period

✅ Handle employee queries on wages, deductions, and attendance

✅ Manage pension schemes and ensure PAYE compliance

✅ Reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies

✅ Prepare payroll reports and liaise with HMRC, clients, and pension providers

✅ Work independently and meet deadlines

Skills & Requirements

🔹 Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

🔹 Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
