Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UK Payroll Executive Officer Manager with 2-8 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and management, with expertise in UK payroll regulations.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop systems to process payroll account transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes, and third-party payments.
Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages.
Manage and maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with UK payroll laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll-related issues.
Analyze and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and errors.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and management.
Strong knowledge of UK payroll regulations and laws.
Experience with payroll software and systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification: B.A, M.B.A/PGDM.
