LevelandExperience:

Qualification-Any regular PG (CA/MBA/M com/ACCA/ATT).

AM: 3-5 Years: 15-20 L

M: 5-8 Years: 20-30 L

AD: 8-12 Years: 30-42 L

Hybrid Model: 2 days office in a week.

Shifts Hours- 11am-8pm

Reporting- Directly to UK Team

Interview Rounds- 2 (1 Indian and 1 UK for one hour)

Should be strong in Advisory Work for Manager and AD, Review is mandatory for all the levels though.

Team Handling Role

High complex review experience at M and above

Qualification-Any regular PG (CA/MBA/M com/ACCA/ATT).

Must be from consulting/accounting industry.

JD for Manager and AD:

UK Real Estate market experience Tax structuring - helping our clients to buy and sell properties in a tax efficient manner Working collaboratively with Partner and Director team to build relationships on key accounts International tax advice and due diligence services on cross-border transactions Participate in business development initiatives and proposal activity Tax compliance advising our clients about on-going tax requirements Setting up property funds including UK Real Estate Investment Trusts Excellent technical knowledge of International Tax concepts and emerging principals Sufficient technical knowledge of UK Tax to understand one or more specialised areas of work Deal with all general correspondence in a timely manner ensuring that clients have an effective and efficient service Review and challenge work done by the Associates / AMs being tax returns, tax compliance documents and opinion and help develop their skills and experience Review pitch documents made for the clients / potential clients Having account management skills and nurturing good client relationships while providing technical updates to clients Being Responsible for preparing final draft of billing proposals for the relevant Director / Partner Complete all mandatory compliance training by the required deadline Ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions Good team player with strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Demonstrates high professional ethics Strong critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills Adaptable, willing to learn and comfortable working in a dynamic environment Self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work without frequent direct supervision Act as a team player and provide extended support to Director / Partner in meeting varied business requirements.

Tax structuring- helping our clients to buy & sell properties in a tax efficient manner.
International tax advice & due diligence service on cross-border transactions.Setting up property funds including UK real estate Investment Trusts.Participate in business development initiatives and proposal activity.Deferred tax for property groups, CIR, Anti-hybrid, Group relief, Transfer pricing.

Must have attributes

  • Experience in working on UK Tax compliance and / or advisory assignments including preparation and filing of UK Tax returns and tax accounting. Good exposure and understanding of concepts of international tax. RET tax exposure would be preferred.

Desired/good to have attributes:

  • Sufficient technical knowledge of UK Tax to understand one or more specialised areas of work. RET tax exposure would be preferred

  • Deal with all general correspondence in a timely manner ensuring that clients have an effective and efficient service

  • Review and challenge work done by the Associates being tax returns, tax compliance documents and opinion and help develop their skills and experience

  • Prepare good quality pitch documents using digital tools

  • Developing account management skills and nurturing good client relationships while providing technical updates to clients

  • Being Responsible for preparing the first draft of billing proposals for the relevant Manager/Associate Director

  • Complete all mandatory compliance training by the required deadline

  • Ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions

  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Demonstrates high professional ethics
