Job Description: Senior Relationship Manager Wealth (Affluent Customers)

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent clients.
    • Understand clients’ financial needs and aspirations to provide tailored investment solutions.
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Wealth Advisory & Portfolio Management

    • Advise clients on a wide range of wealth management products, including investments, insurance, and treasury solutions.
    • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide market insights to help clients achieve their financial goals.
    • Partner with internal specialists (Investment Advisors, Treasury Experts, Insurance Guides) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Business Development

    • Acquire new affluent clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services.
    • Drive business growth by increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) and Total Relationship Value (TRV).
  • Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Maintain high standards of documentation, due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Market Awareness

    • Stay updated on market trends, new product offerings, and regulatory changes.
    • Share investment ideas and market updates with clients to support informed decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing affluent or high-net-worth clients in wealth management or private banking.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment advisory, and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum); relevant certifications in wealth management or financial advisory are preferred.
