Looking for AI Engineers and advanced AI professionals with 8- 15 years of experience in India are at the forefront of transforming sectors such as IT, finance, e-commerce, healthcare, and manufacturing. They must be responsible for developing advanced models, managing large AI projects, ensuring ethical AI deployment, and leading strategic AI initiatives. They must have expertise in one of more of the following areas;

• AI Solution Architecture & System Design

• Design, develop, and implement sophisticated AI models using machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and artificial neural networks.
• Architect end-to-end AI systems, from data ingestion to deployment in production environments.

• Advanced Data Analytics & Interpretation

• Analyze and interpret vast, complex datasets to drive actionable insights.
• Conduct feature engineering, data cleaning, and transformation for optimized model training.

• Model Training, Tuning & Optimization

• Refine and optimize AI models for maximum accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead continuous model validation with real-world data.

• Deployment & MLOps

• Oversee production deployment of AI models using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.

• Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising data scientists, ML engineers, and domain experts.
• Translate business objectives into technical AI strategies.

• Responsible & Ethical AI

• Build and audit AI systems for fairness, transparency, and compliance with ethical standards.
• Develop frameworks for responsible AI deployment and AI governance.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming:

  Proficiency in Python, R, C++, Java, or similar languages.

• Frameworks:

  Strong command of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn.

• Cloud Technologies:

  Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, with production deployment experience.

• Data Engineering:

  SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

• Specializations:

  NLP, computer vision, generative AI, agentic AI (autonomous AI agents).

• MLOps:

  Workflow automation, model versioning, and performance monitoring.

Leadership, Strategy & Soft Skills
