Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Vice President in the area of Infra Vendor Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, analysis, and communication.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage vendor service relationships on both transactional and vendor levels.
Support daily workload, activities, and tasks of vendor management functions.
Ensure service relationship data and information is up-to-date and perform vendor risk monitoring promptly.
Monitor services via governance, KPI reporting, and tracking.
Collaborate closely with vendors, procurement, and service owners.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related audit points or findings and expedite them to successful outcomes and closure.
Ensure vendors adhere to bank-wide regulatory and compliance requirements and risk frameworks.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in infra vendor management or a related field.
Strong understanding of contractual legalities and contract interpretation.
Excellent communication and task management skills.
Ability to monitor, manage, develop, and drive supplier performance and optimize relationships.
Experience working with teams in different locations across the globe.
Proven working experience in the banking sector.
Background in project management and analysis.
Knowledge and understanding of Business Intelligence and data analytics, database querying tools.
Experience in developing and managing dashboards and reports in Tableau.
