Solvative is looking for a creative and forward-thinking UI/visual designer who can weave magic with pixels and bring design to life. As a UI/visual designer, your role will be to craft interfaces that are not just visually appealing but also intuitive and user-friendly. You should have the ability to transform complex ideas into simple, elegant, and aesthetically engaging designs that users love to interact with. Your toolkit should include a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of visual hierarchy, and a passion for creating designs that balance beauty with usability. In short, we’re looking for someone who can turn digital experiences into visual masterpieces that captivate and inspire users. Experience with motion graphics or micro-interactions is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Design visually stunning and intuitive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to bring wireframes and ideas to life with pixel-perfect precision.
• Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure a consistent visual identity.
• Apply strong foundations in color, typography, hierarchy, and layout to create balanced, modern visuals.
• Maintain visual consistency across products, ensuring a cohesive and refined look and feel.
• (Bonus) Add life to designs through motion graphics and micro-interactions that enhance user engagement and delight.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Expertise in creating high-quality, aesthetically refined interfaces with an attention to usability.
• Solid understanding of grid systems, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into clean, engaging, and production-ready design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end visual design and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, or similar) for UI animation and transitions.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to collaborate better with developers.
• Knowledge of branding, iconography, and illustration principles.
